According to article : L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return the item(s) that do not suit you, subject to compliance with the conditions set out below, otherwise, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF REIMBURSEMENT
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
CANCELLATION REFUND (before 9 p.m. on the day of the order)
If you wish to cancel an order placed on the day and the order has not been sent, a refund is automatically granted.
REFUND GRANTED (IF APPLICABLE)
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the contact form.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
PROCESS OF REIMBURSEMENT (IF APPLICABLE)
If you are eligible for reimbursement, the process is as follows:
You will send your drone to our supplier (address indicated on your package). The return is at your expense. Once our supplier has received the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that it has been received. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 96 hours.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
