England distinguishes between commercial and recreational use of drones. All our drones are recreational drones. If your drone weighs less than 250 grams , rest assured that no restrictions are applied and no license is required for its use.

If the drone runs out of battery, your phone connected to the drone will alert you immediately, allowing you to make a safe landing. Simply press the landing button for a smooth return. We recommend not to fly your drone after receiving the low battery alert.

Don't worry, if you lose connection with your phone, only the camera return will no longer be active, you will still be able to pilot the drone and make it come back. Our drones are equipped with a maximum connection of 1 Km for our EXA model and 1.2 Km for our EXA Pro model, thus ensuring constant visual maintenance on your drone while having enough distance for all your adventures.

Yes! Everything you need to fly and film. Note: It is recommended to fully charge the batteries before taking off.

Just plug the MicroSD card into the computer like a USB flash drive. You can also export it from your phone to the computer. We highly recommend using the SD card to transfer the drone footage to your computer in case your drone has an SD card slot.

The connection process is extremely simple. Start by downloading the app by scanning the QR code on the manual. Then, simply turn on the drone. Connect to the drone's Wi-Fi using your phone, then open the newly downloaded app. The connection will be done automatically.

Our online store is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. The ordering process takes place in several steps:
1- Basket: check the contents of your order. At this stage, you can modify the quantities.
2- Customer information: enter your personal information and delivery address.
3- Delivery: choose the delivery method you want according to the choices offered to you.
4- Payment: several payment methods are available to you, it's up to you to choose. You can check the contents of your order on the summary (optional item(s) and service(s), delivery method and costs).
5- Order confirmation: To be sure that your order has been registered, you must reach this step. You can now print your order confirmation. You will also receive an email confirmation with your order reference and tracking number. -
A complete order, available in stock and validated by credit card is processed between 24 and 72 hours. Orders are prepared from Tuesday to Friday, when all products are available. In the event that an item is unavailable, your order will be prepared upon receipt. Our items are shipped from multiple shipping centers. It is therefore possible that you will receive your order in multiple packages.

Once your payment is validated, we will forward your order to one of our partners or fulfillment centers, from where your item will be shipped. DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Due to the exclusivity of some products, the delivery time can be 4 to 9 working days excluding shipping costs. In very exceptional cases (postal strike, end-of-year holidays, etc.) it can be a little longer. In any case, if your package does not arrive at its destination after 8 weeks, we will resend it to you or refund you in full. Rest assured, this has never happened.
More details: New products for 2024, sale items, pre-orders and monthly selections are occasionally the subject of flash offers organized with our partners. Due to the number of orders to be processed and to offer you attractive prices, delivery times are significantly longer. -
Delivery is our responsibility, it is completely free. This is provided by our partners, namely: Royal Mail, Hermes, UPS etc... You have the possibility to subscribe to a PREMIUM option to benefit from additional insurance.

Upon receipt of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport and that the product is in perfect condition (and, if applicable, to note this detailed damage on the carrier's delivery note). This check must be done at the time of delivery and in the presence of the driver. We recommend that you keep the packaging, which may be useful in the event of a product return, and is essential if you wish to benefit from your right of withdrawal.

Before contacting us, please check your order confirmation to see if the product you ordered is different from the one you received. If the item received is indeed different from the one you ordered, please contact customer service by email.

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages. Please check your order confirmation email to make sure you don't have multiple tracking numbers from our carrier. If all packages have arrived and you still haven't received all your products, please contact customer service via email. If it is a case of missing battery(ies), please refer to the note written on the chat. Your order will arrive in two separate packages due to the new European legislation.

In accordance with article: L 121-21 to L 121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days to return items that do not suit you, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in our refund policy, otherwise we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We accept all major credit cards. Our business is growing and you will soon be able to pay via Amazon Pay, the latest payment solution. For simplicity, we do not accept bank checks or SEPA transfers.

First, check that your card's expiration date has not passed. Then, check that you have entered your first and last name in the field provided for this purpose. If your bank transaction is declined, it may be that the authorized limit has been exceeded. To make sure, we invite you to contact your bank to check the amount of this limit.
